At Innoworks design is our life. we work hard, play harder and improve

Giving greater meaning to life’s work
Founder, Nicole’s Grace Foundation
Andrew J Covault is on a pursuit to bring a greater meaning to his work, to benefit others lives with great design as the catalyst to inspire and raise funds for worthwhile causes. Through our entrepreneurial pursuits we are actively seeking strategic partnerships for fund raising and co-branding opportunities to benefit the foundation and our initiatives and its efforts to ensure families are thriving beyond a loss as our family has experienced.
Stepping away from work after the passing of his late wife, Nicole, to be with his children, he is back with renewed energy and a zest for new opportunities. During his hiatus he established the Nicole’s Grace Foundation, launching its 3rd pilot program in Georgia schools. Partnering with the international group rainbows.org the Nicole’s Grace Foundations’ Thriving Beyond initiative offers an avenue to heal and grow for children and teens grieving after a loss.
“Many of us have experienced loss, or the struggle with an illness that does not seem to relent, but if we can forge ahead with a graceful spirit we will endure and emerge stronger than we we before. How we demonstrate that Grace can be a testament to our family, friends, and all those who never left our side and stood in the eye of the storm with us, supporting and guiding us.
Nicole was one of those rare individuals who lived Grace.”
