Given the history of successful collaborations between McCroskey and Covault. First with his Sonics/IMAX flagship audio product that now, through its design language, projected the true nature and superior audio quality IMAX audiences worldwide continue to enjoy, and the introduction of the ZON Audio products. InnoWorks was again called upon to implement line extensions to align with ZON Audio’s successful ‘whole house’ ZAC digital audio controller. The emphasis in this go around was to reduce the vertical footprint, maintain the aesthetic appeal introduced, allow a simple audio control in more remote locations, and an eye toward a European market planned later in the life-cycle.
As before the collaborative work reaped reward’s not only in the marketplace but was honored by CES with a 2006 CES Innovations Award.
